And I would never lie about anything. But in this instance, I don't think this is the problem. If you know for sure the wheels weren't bent, then he did it. They couldn't have gotten bent in shipping. He put them on the car and did it himself. Now, this is all assuming the wheels were not bent when you sent them. If you're 100% sure, then you should NOT refund the money. I could also see him being like me and not opening the box for awhile. Then again, for a purchase like this, I probably would have opened the box right away. I'd get pics of this and go from there.
